Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Leicester and a Postgraduate Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from London South Bank University. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident from her recent completion of a Specialist TEFL Certificate, which enhances her skills in teaching English as a second language, particularly to young learners and business professionals.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Fiona has held prominent teaching and leadership roles in both the UK and Romania. She served as the Head of Primary at the International British School of Bucharest, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the school's curriculum and ethos during the school’s early years. Most recently, Fiona held the position of Head Teacher at Acorns Nursery in Bucharest, where her responsibilities included teacher recruitment and training, curriculum development, and ensuring high educational standards were met.
